How does Ziggy match me with an agent?
We look at your industry, location, business size and the coverages you need, then offer your request to licensed agents who have told us they work with businesses like yours.
How long does it take?
Most requests are reviewed by a licensed professional quickly, but timing depends on your business and the coverage requested. We'll keep you updated on the status.
Does Ziggy sell me a policy?
Ziggy connects you with independently licensed agents. Quotes, coverage and policy binding are handled by those licensed professionals and the insurers they represent.
Can I switch agents?
Yes. If the match isn't right, you can request another agent at any time.
Can you help with my renewal?
Yes. Tell us your renewal date and we'll connect you with an agent who can review your options before it arrives.
What happens to my data?
We share your application only with approved partner agents to obtain and service quotes, and only with your consent. Marketing messages are a separate, optional choice.
